Please be advised that our return policy is 15 days from date of shipment from our warehouse. RMA is REQUIRED or the return will not be processed. There is also a 15% restocking fee and we do not refund outbound postage.

Any order discrepancies must be reported to help@kungroo.com within 15 days from the shipment date. The email needs to include an INVOICE#, ORDER#, and the SKU# or UPC# of the items received in error.

Please be sure to read the following before sending requesting for a return:

a) All returned Product(s) must be undamaged, in their original packaging and be able to be re-sold.

b) Pre-approval for returns must be received by us within 15 days from the shipment date of the Product to the shipping destination. Pre-approval shall be obtained by contacting us at help@kungroo.com for a RMA #. We will then email you back immediately with the RMA number and the return address of our warehouse.

(c) Credits will be issued for Products returned in the original packing and in re-sellable condition. We request that you allow us 5-7 business days time to process the return(s) and post the credit back to your card. All returns for “buyers remorse” are subject to 15% restocking fee and no refund is made for cost of outbound shipping cost.

(d) Any return Product that arrives to our warehouse in used, opened or in poor condition will not be entitled to a refund. You will be notified of rejected returns via email, and may request that the products be sent to them at their expense, plus a service fee.


Refunds for canceled order if done within 2 hours of placing the orders will be processed within 24-48 hours.

Refunds for returned items will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt of products in our warehouse in re usable condition. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered will not be refunded or exchanged.

Please Note: If your order is returned to us due to a banned/restricted products policy, a wrong address, refusal to pay customs fees, refusal to accept the order or because no one was there to accept delivery of your order, we will refund your credit card as follows: You will be refunded the total amount of the order, minus the shipping charge, and 15% of the value of the order, (as a re-stocking fee).
